There is a great blasphemy in the Mainline churches that perhaps Jesus will not come back, and has put Christians on earth to bring in the reign of Christ on earth through love instead of violence and war. The love Commandments were nothing new to the Jews. They couldn’t follow it, but ended up with violence and death to the Son of God. Sin in mankind corrupts everything. Love becomes a violent hatred because we think we are loving God when actually we are causing harm. We can’t just follow nor align with Jesus because He is not here today and even the best of intentions causes great harm like the Christian Right and their condemnation of gays resulting in so many deaths, or the Crusades by the Catholic Church. We need Jesus Christ to come back to reign, because we are not gods and courrupted within. To say that we we are bringing in the reign of Christ as Christians through our acts of love is exalting ourselves as God, a blasphemy.

When the Pharisees came to test Jesus which is the greatest commandments, He merely repeated the Love Commandments that was already in the Torah. For example in Lev 19:18, we see loving our neighbour as loving ourselves. Jesus was giving a “textbook” answer to those who wanted to trap Jesus and not any new revelation for which the Christian faith to be founded on. At the end of the day, when our foundation is love, we fall back to the law and judgement of sin for failing to love. Essentially, Jesus, God incarnate was standing in front of them, yet they failed to love God. If religion is based on love alone and following the ways of Jesus to love, we will fail miserably, and not only fail but put God Himself on the Cross to be crucified.

Jesus was not creating a new religion based on love, or instituting a kindom on earth based on love principles. The Pharisees and the Saducees tried their best, and they ended up not loving God, but loving themselves. Indeed the weakest in the community were the most neglected. This was the context of Matt 25:40

Matt 25:37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

The Mainline Churches generalise it to mean our dealings with everyone. But the context here is very narrow, of Jesus talking about the Jewish faith. “My brethren” refers to the brethren of the Jewish faith and not outside the Jewish faith. The religious leaders, Pharisees, who knew the scriptures, knew the law, knew the Torah, but really only loved themselves. Jesus was pointing a finger at them for they failed the brethren, made themselves rich out of the sufferings of the Jewish people, and has no heart to love the least in the Jewish faith community.  There was no righteousness under the law, no righteousness in the love commandments for we will fail to love.

For love comes naturally for the righteous before God. Why? because their righteousness does not come by the law, but in Jesus Christ, through faith that they are forgiven at the Cross of Calvary. They love others not because they are deliberately chose to love, but it comes natural for Christ is in them, the Hope of Glory. Christ has risen so that the Holy Spirit can be in each one of us who abides in His love. It is His love that opens our heart to receive love, and the natural outflow of this love to others. It becomes natural until the righteous did not know that they were continuing the ministry of Jesus Christ amongst the Jewish brethren to take care not only of the spiritual needs but of their physical hunger and sickness.

Under the law and the love commandments, we love under compulsion. Under God’s grace and mercy, we love naturally.

The problem with the Christian Right that they are so law minded that they forgotten the depths of God grace, mercy and love for them at the Cross. They become the same religious pharisees who put Jesus to the Cross. And the same is happening to the gay community whom their condemnation has killed many.  The Mainline Churches wants to be “Jesus people” following the Golden rule, but they end up sacrificing babies to Baal, and just like the Prophet Balaam cursing modern-day Israel. I am just the Donkey used by God.

Who are we to reign? At best as Christians anointed with power and the Holy Spirit of God, we are salt in dying and fallen world for which there is temporary retrieve but no eternal redemption. Why? we are but few. There are only few Christians who apart from being born in the church, believed that Jesus Christ is God and Saviour, the way and the Truth to God. I don’t mean those who believed that the church hierarchical and her saints can save them as some sort of co-redeemer between God and man. The World and all its powers and principalities are not going to follow our Agape love, for the people’s and the nations are driven by selfish motives, by power, and greed. Even the church hierarchical is well and truly fallen and complicit in the worst crimes against humanity, all in the sincere attempt to follow the love of God.

There is no redemption and salvation for the nations and Peoples of the earth. The sin is too deeply rooted for Satan in Matt 4 has offered to the nations, to peoples and even the church hierarchical, power, glory and authority if they bow themselves to him. And the world and her many faiths has indeed been rooted in the many powerful principalities of this world. Just as in the days of Noah where a mighty flood is coming, where they thought Noah was silly and dumb to build an Ark, we are called to preach jesus Christ, the Ark for our Salvation before the flood comes. For the end of days will come, the destruction of the entire Earth will come and mankind be wiped out before the reign of Jesus Christ on Earth,

Jesus came to Earth in John 3:17, not to condemn but to proclaime God’s love and the way out of the coming judgement and end. Just like the days of Noah there are many in the Christian Left who mock that the flood will come. It will surely come, and jesus already provided a way out, not by our works of the law, or even good deeds of love, but by faith, faith in the person of Jesus Christ as God and Saviour. If we do not think we need to be saved, we will not enter the Ark, which is Christ. The World and the faith communities within are not saved by default, and many have killed the messengers and rejected the message of the Cross of Calvary, and the many prophets of God were killed by the Catholic Church during the inquisition.

So the reign of Christ is coming and the world and many faiths are desperate to block Israel and Jerusalem. Why? because they can read the bible for themselves, and see the signs of the times, and do their own counting of the days and the seasons. Jerusalem is the time watch and the nations of the Earth in the United Nations are trying to block Jerusalem from becoming the Capital of Israel, hence inaugurating the Third Temple. God uses Trump, one of the most unusual politician, because the worst is much better than those of us who calls ourselves good but work against the mighty move of God.

The Christian Right is so scared of Jesus Christ coming back to judge the world fearing that gays would incur the wrath as the greatest sinners! But the greatest sin is unbelief and worshiping the pagan deities, since the beginning of time.  In essence the world and her peoples have committed spiritual adultery and aligned herself with the fallen star, the spiritual ruler of this earth. When the reign of Christ the King comes, the tribes and the nations as we know it will be destroyed and what is left is the reign of Christ with the Kingdom of Born Again Christian believers, born by faith, by waters of baptism in the Ark with Jesus Christ, by washed in the Blood of jesus Christ. by the Holy Spirit of God and not simply by association to a tradition or a church.

And what is so scary is that it will come so fast and just as in the days of Moses there will be no time to repent. The world may even be celebrating Christmas and shopping at Orchard, but suddenly the rapture followed by hails of fire and destruction. The World has killed the Lamb, the Son of God. He is coming back not as a gentle lamb, but riding on a horse like a mighty King with thousands of Angels to come against the spiritual principalities of the world and the people and nations of the world whom has aligned themselves the the fallen star.

The battle will not be on earth in some location in Israel where the armies of the world collide and invade Israel, which has happened in the past where the Romans came and put Israel to be exiled in Europe where 6 million are slaughtered.  But the battle will happened in the heavens with many fearful signs and then destruction and calamity on Earth.

Thus saith the lord, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last”. “I am” in the beginning, “I am” in the end. I am coming Home.

Gen 22:12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the [f]Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

Gen 22: 20 He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
